I built this because I'm a massage therapist myself. I know firsthand how hard it is to find the time — between clients, between sessions, between everything else — to actually reach out to the people who used to be regulars and remind them to come back. The intention is always there. The bandwidth rarely is.

Export the standard client report from JaneApp and drop the CSV into ReturnVisit. The import handles thousands of clients in seconds and only stores what we need.

Four weeks, six, eight, or twelve — pick the rhythm that fits your practice. Adjust the message template if you'd like, or use the gentle default.

Sit back. We send the texts.

ReturnVisit imports a CSV from JaneApp out of the box, but the import accepts any client list with first name, last name, phone, and last appointment date columns. If you use something else, drop us a line.
Phone numbers are stored encrypted in our database, scoped to your account only. We never share, sell, or use them for anything other than the reactivation texts you configure.
Every text we send appends "Reply STOP to unsubscribe." Carriers handle the opt-out automatically — once a client replies STOP, they will never receive another message from your number.
Yes. CASL allows messaging clients with whom you have an existing business relationship. ReturnVisit is designed for exactly that — reactivating clients who have already visited your practice. We require you to confirm this on signup.
Yes. Open Settings to preview and customize the template. The first line stays consistent so clients know who is writing — everything after it is yours.
Cancel anytime, kindly. There are no contracts and no exit fees. Your data is exportable on the way out, and we delete it on request.
